Subject: Correction to the current report 2/2010
Legal base: Art. 56 sec. 1 pt 2 of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information
The Management Board under the company SIMPLE S.A. seated in Warsaw introduces the correction to the report No. 2/2010 of 28th January 2010 owing to miswrite.
It was:
Basing on § 103 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances dated on 19th February 2009 on the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country (Dz. U. of 28th February 2009 No. 33 item 259) the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. announces the terms of forwarding the periodical reports in 2010:
The Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. informs that consolidated interim report will be provided together with condensed interim financial statement and the consolidated quarter reports will be provided with the condensed quarter financial information.
At the same the Management Board informs that pursuant to § 101 sec. 2 of the Ordinance, it will not issue the quarter report for the second quarter of the fiscal year.
Terms for reports
Consolidated extended quarter reports:
- 4 quarter 2009- 26th February 2010
- 1 quarter 2010- 14th May 2010
- 3 quarter 2010- 10th November 2010
Consolidated extended interim report:
- 1 six months of 2010- 31st August 2010
Annual reports:
- Individual annual report for 2010- 30th April 2010,
-Consolidated annual report for 2010 – 30th April 2010
It should be:
