Subject: Dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2010
Legal base: Art. 56 sec. 1 pt 2 of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information:
Under § 103 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances of 19th February 2009 on the current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country (Dz. No. 33 item 259) the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. announces the dates of forwarding the periodical reports in 2010.
The Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. informs that the consolidated semiannual report shall be forwarded along with the shortened semiannual financial statement and the consolidated quarter reports shall be forwarded along with the shortened quarter financial information.
At the same time the Management Board informs that according to § 101 sec. 2 of the Ordinance it shall not publish the quarter report for the second quarter of the fiscal year.

- 3rd quarter 2010 – 10th November 2010
- 1st half-year 2010 – 31st August 2010
- individual annual report for 2010 – 30th April 2010.
