Subject: Changes in the SIMPLE S.A. Management Board                                    

Legal base: Art.56 sec.1 par.2 of the Act on public offering – current and periodic information

 

The Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board during the meeting held on 26.01.2010 appointed Mr. Michał Siedlecki to hold the position of the Deputy President of the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A.

Due to this change the composition of the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. is extended to include three persons.

 


Michał Siedlecki, 51

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics of the Warsaw University of Technology in the Institute of Organization and Management.From 1983 to 1988 he was employed by the following companies: 1982 to 1987 - Instytut Organizacji Przemysłu Maszynowego – as a senior assistant, 1987 to 1988 - "InterAms II" Sp. z o.o. as a system designer. A cofounder and a shareholder, he was employed in the Company as a Chief System Designer. Between 1992 and 1997 a member of the Company’s Management Board responsible for development. After 1997 he returned to the position of the Chief System Designer to deal with development of the essential Company's product – the system called SIMPLE SYSTEM V. Since June 2006 he occupied the position of the Deputy President of the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. being responsible for development of the SIMPLE products. In December 2007 he was appointed to the position of the President of the Company’s Management Board. Since January to July 2009 he acted as the Deputy President of the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. Up to the present he has been employed as the Management Board Advisor. He does not perform any activity to be competitive to the activities of SIMPLE S.A. He does not appear in the Polish Registry of Insolvent Debtors conducted under the Act on National Court Register.
