Subject: Recalling the Proxy

Legal base: Art.56 sec.1 par. 2 of the Act on public offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of the Company SIMPLE S.A., acting under § 5 sec. 1 par. 21) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finances of 19th February on current and periodical information provided by the securities’ issuers and the conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country, informs that on 22nd December 2009 Mr. Andrzej Szlaski was recalled from the position of the Proxy under the Resolution of the Management Board of SIMPLE S.A.
