Subject: Selection of the entity authorized to audit the financial statements

Legal grounds: Art.56 par.1 subpar. 2 of the Act on public offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of SIMPLE S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of SIMPLE S.A. pursuant to the regulations of 31.07.2009 elected the company DORADCA Auditors Sp. z o.o., seated in Gdańs 80,266, at ul. Grunwaldzka 212 as the entity authorized to audit the financial statements of SIMPLE S.A.

This company is authorized to audit financial statements and is entered into the list kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under the No. 913, NIP: 586-001-74-39.

SIMPLE S.A. was serviced by the mentioned company authorized to audit financial statements in the fields: review of the individual financial statement of SIMPLE S.A. for the period
1st six months of 2008, audit the individual financial statement of SIMPLE S.A. for the year 2008, review of the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group SIMPLE S.A. for the first six months of 2009, audit the consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group SIMPLE S.A. for the year 2008.

The agreement with the DORADCA Auditors Sp. z o.o. shall be concluded in order to carry out the review and audit of the financial statements in 2009.
