Subject: Change concerning the publication dates of periodic reports in 2009
Legal grounds: Art. 56 par. 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer – current and periodic information
Due to the fact that the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of the securities and conditions on considering equivalent the information required by legal regulations of the country, which is not a member state, dated 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws dated 28 February 2009, No. 33 item 259) shall enter into force, the Board of SIMPLE S.A. shall fully advise the dates of publishing periodic reports in the year 2009.
The Board of SIMPLE S.A. informs that the consolidated half-year report shall be submitted together with the abbreviated half-year financial report and the consolidated reports shall be submitted together with abbreviated quarterly financial information.
Simultaneously, the Board informs that according to § 101 sec.2 of the Ordinance it shall not publish the quarterly report for the second quarter of the turnover year.
